EXTENDED DAY FINANCIAL AGREEMENT
The deadline for enrollment is August 16, 2026
I wish to enroll my child, {studentName}, in The Lexington School's Extended Day Program. I have elected to use the Extended Day Program (EDP) from August 20, 2026 - December 18, 2026. I understand that this program does not include other afternoon Enrichment programs offered by The Lexington School. EDP will operate on full school days in which on-campus learning is in session. I can choose to pay the fee in full or in four equal monthly payments starting in September 2026 and ending in December 2026. I can pay using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or ACH through my Blackbaud Tuition Management account. Credit /Debit Cards are subject to a 3.12% processing fee. ACH payments are free.
Hours of Operation:
The Lexington School's Extended Day Program begins after the car line has ended, and all children must be picked up by 5:30 P.M. Extended Day costs $12/hr when dates are chosen and paid for in advance. A late fee of $15 for every 10-minute increment after 5:30 P.M. will be charged. Late fees apply regardless of what portion of each 10-minute increment you use. The drop-in fee is $34 per day. Drop-in half-day fee is $17 per day.
Policies:
As published in the Student Guidelines, the Extended Day Program Policy is the governing document for this program. The Lexington School requires the full cooperation and support of all families in upholding the mission of the School and in adhering to all School policies and procedures. Families acknowledge that School policies and procedures may be updated throughout the year. Failure by any family to comply with these expectations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including the dismissal of the family's student(s) from the The Lexington School program.
Payments not paid by the due date are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month on the past due balance. Blackbaud Tuition Management will also charge a $40 follow-up fee to text parents a reminder to pay these expenses. The School reserves the right to suspend attendance until accounts are made current. The Head of School reserves the right to suspend or remove a student from the program at any time.
