I wish to enroll my child, {studentName}, in The Lexington School’s Study Clinic August 20, 2026 - December 18, 2026 session. I understand this program does not include other afternoon Enrichment programs offered by The Lexington School.
I can choose to pay the fee in full or in four equal monthly payments starting in September 2026 and ending in December 2026. I can pay using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or ACH through my Blackbaud Tuition Management account. Credit Cards are subject to a 3.12% processing fee. ACH payments are free.
Hours of Operation:
The Lexington School’s Study Clinic is open Monday through Thursday afternoons. The cost to attend Study Clinic is $14/hr. Study Clinic begins promptly after the car line has ended, and all children must be picked up by 5:00 P.M. Students remaining after 5:00 P.M will be taken to Extended Day for a fee of 8.50 per half hour until 5:30. A $15.00 late fee will be assessed for every 10-minute increment after 5:30 P.M. Late charges apply regardless of what portion of each 10-minute increment you use. If I have not pre-registered in advance, there is a drop-in fee of $19/hour for Study Clinic.
Policies:
As published in the Student Guidelines, the Study Clinic Policy is the governing document for this program. The Lexington School requires the full cooperation and support of all families in upholding the mission of the School and in adhering to all School policies and procedures. Families acknowledge that School policies and procedures may be updated throughout the year. Failure by any family to comply with these expectations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including the dismissal of the family’s student(s) from the The Lexington School program.
Payments not paid by the due date are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month on the past due balance. Blackbaud Tuition Management will also charge a $40 follow-up fee to text parents a reminder to pay these expenses. The School reserves the right to suspend attendance until accounts are made current. The Head of School reserves the right to suspend or remove a student from the program at any time.
