I wish to enroll my child, in The Lexington School’s Extended Day Program.  I have elected to use the Extended Day Program (EDP) from January 2, 2023-May 26, 2023.  I understand that this program does not include other afternoon Enrichment programs offered by The Lexington School.  EDP will operate on full school days in which on-campus learning is in session. 

I can choose to pay the fee in full or in four equal monthly payments starting in February 2023 and ending in May 2023.  I can pay using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or ACH through my Blackbaud Tuition Management account.  Credit Cards are subject to a 2.98% processing fee. ACH payments have no fee.

Hours of Operation:

The Lexington School’s Extended Day Program begins after the car line has ended, and all children must be picked up by 5:30 P.M. A late fee of $15 for every 10-minute increment after 5:30 P.M. will be charged. Late fees apply regardless of what portion of each 10-minute increment you use. Drop-in fee is $30 per day. Drop-in half-day fee is $15 per day.

Policies:

As published in the Student Guidelines, the Extended Day Program Policy is the governing document for this program.  Payments not paid by the due date are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month on the past due balance. Blackbaud Tuition Management will also charge a $40 follow-up fee to text parents a reminder to pay these expenses.  The School reserves the right to suspend attendance until accounts are made current.   

 

I understand that if I choose the Extended Day Program, Blackbaud Tuition Management will use the method of payment I have on file to pay for the EDP services. All credit cards and debit cards are subject to a 2.98 % fee per transaction.  I may check my EDP balance at any time at https://parent.blackbaud.school.
